Frederick Robertson was born in New South Wales, Australia

Frederick was born on 9 May 1906 in Moama, New South Wales, Australia. He was the son of David Robertson and Fanny (Harvey) Robertson.^[1] Frederick was the youngest of eight children.

Frederick (22) married Alice Pearl Lowery (17) (born on December 13, 1910 in Bendigo, Victoria; daughter of George Edward Lowery and Isabella Johanna (Park) Lowery) on September 8, 1928 in Swan Hill, Victoria.^[2] They had six children:

• Frederick Edward Robertson (1929–2009)
• Kevin David Robertson (1930–2011)
• Lennice Isobel Robertson (1932–1971)
• Jean Robertson (~1935–~2015)
• John Robertson (~1945–~2015)
