History: Catherine is identified by Thomas Rennie "Pat" McCloy, Gail Morin in her book "Metis Families" page 784, her Scrip Declaration in C-14928 Batch, the Denney Papers, family histories, etc

Marriages: Catherine was married 3 times: (i) John McLoughlin; (ii) Alexander Hugh McKay; and (iii) John Forbister.^[1] She was a daughter of James Robertson and Lalowayshow (her mother was known as Caroline Robertson, a name given to her by James Robertson).
