Birth
Charlotte Francina was born on 19 August 1823 at Cradock , Cape Colony; she was the daughter of Robert Robinson and Charlotte Rozina (Strutt) Robinson. Spelling on Baptism = LNAB Robbert Robersen and Martha Striets baptized in D.R. church, Cradock on 21/4/1821 by Stephanus Hartman and witnessed by Abraham Karl Greyling and Martha Franzina Erasmus. [1]
Marriage
She was 16 years old when she married 18 year old Alexander McDonald at Cradock, Cape Colony on 2 August 1840. [2][3]
