Biography
Elizabeth Robison was born in Delaware.
Elizabeth Robison moved with her parents to Nicholas county, Kentucky where she met and married Samuel H. Steele. Her husband, Samuel H Steele died while on business in Natchez Mississippi in December 1832. Elizabeth Robison Steele (the Widow Steele) moved with her 6 children to Buffalo Hart Grove where her father, John Robison had moved 3 years prior.
