Cicero Franklin Robinson was born the 3rd February 1834, in Georgia. Cicero was the son of Milas Jay Robinson and Nancy Martin.
Cicero, age 16, appears in the household of his father, Milas J. Robinson in the 1850 Federal census in Harris County, Georgia.[1]
Cicero never married and was killed in the Civil War on the 7th January 1863.
