In January Term 1782 New Hanover Co., NC, the Will of John Larkins, Jr. was proven. In this Will he names his sister: Ann Devane. He also names his other siblings including Mary Devane who married Thomas Devane, also sister Margaret Evans, and brother William and his son, John; and brother James Larkins.[1]
