Christopher was born 1839 ,The son of John and Elizabeth at Enniskillen, County Fermanagh, Northern Ireland he came to Australia ? and married Harriet Hilton at Armidale in 1863 and they had children,

Christopher passed away on 10th September 1918 (aged 78–79) and was buried at the Glen Innes General Cemetery

OBITUARY
MR. C. ROBINSON
Mr. Christopher Robinson an old resident of the Glen Innes district died yesterday at the residence of his son-in-law, Mr. R. Walmsley, of Linwood, at the ripe age of 78 years.
The deceased had been ailing for some time the result of a stroke, and his death was not unexpected. His wife predeceased him, but he leaves three sons and three daughters to mourn their loss.
The sons are William, of Glencoe, George, Glen Innes, and John, Shannon Vale; and the daughters Mesdames B. Walmsley and F. Webber, Linwood, Mrs. D. Murphy of Shannon Vale, and Mrs. M. Murphy, Glen Innes.
The funeral took place at one o'clock today, the remains being interred in the Church of England portion of the local cemetery. The Rev. Canon Kemis conducted the burial service and Mr. H.A. Tutt attended to the mortuary arrangements.
