Your profile, Robert Robinson, son of John and Frances not correct. Robinson-31617 looks to me to be the Robert, Loyalist cited in Sabine, and in Wm and Mary Quarterly, attending Wm and Mary in 1780. Served in the south, then to Nova Scotia. Lived Digby where cousin Christopher wrote to him in 1793. Children John and Judith (not seen on this profile). Different wife. Robert mentioned in Digby Loyalist Burying ground history. No good sources on your profile linking him to VA. Suggest remove from parents or merge with Robinson-31617 (and change wife and children). Please look into this.

This is the Robert Robinson of Virginia and Nova Scotia: 'Biographical sketches of loyalists of the American Revolution, Vol II' states: “Robert Robinson, Of Virginia. Kinsman of Beverley. Entered William and Mary College with the intention of becoming a minister of the Episcopal Church. To avoid compulsory service in the Whig militia, he fled to a British frigate and was landed at New York, where his relative gave him a commission in the Loyal American Regiment. He served at the South, and received several wounds. In 1783 he retired to Nova Scotia, and lived at different periods at Wilmot, Granville, and Digby. He died at the latter place in 1814, aged sixty-four. His wife, who bore him nine children, was Deborah, daughter of Elisha Budd. One son, John Robinson, of Digby, and three daughters, are now (1861) living.”
