Thomas Robinson, the immigrant patriarch of his New England family, was born in England, but when he arrived in New England is unknown. He married Mary (Payne) Robinson. Thomas Robinson arrived in Guilford, Conn. by 1665 when he purchased the Caffinch property. He and Mary are thought to have had seven children: Ann, Mary, Thomas, Jonathan, Sarah, David, and Elizbeth. Mary passed away in 1668 and Thomas in 1689.
More details of this family are needed, particularly adding profiles for the children. There is an extensive profile on FindAGrave that is a good starter.
