He married Leah GAMMON October 12, 1905 in Knox Co., TN, daughter of Harris GAMMON and Elizabeth BRAWNER. She was born February 27, 1782 in Virginia, and died February 27, 1868 in Cookeville, Putnam Co., TN. <p>

Notes for James T. ROBINSON: L.G. Hardin's record indicates James was born abt 1790 in Monroe (Greenbrier) Co., WV. He cites as REF "Ancestral Sketches" by LeRoy Reeves, 1951, J.P. Bell Company, Lynchburg, VA. L.G. also indicates spouse for James was Nancy Burdette. [LDK 5292001]. <p>

It is very possible, due to the duplication of family names in many various Robeson lines, that the above referenced James Robeson that married Nancy Burdette is NOT the son of William ROBESON. Further investigation is needed. [LDK 632001]. <p>
