ST. CLAIRSVILLE - Elizabeth C. Tolson, 82, of Friends Church Road, formerly of Salem, died at 5 p.m. Thursday at the Forest Hill Nursing Home.
Born March 4, 1910 in Salem, she was the daughter of the late Oliver L. and Alice I. (Beeson) Robinson.
Mrs. Tolson was a retired nurse from Oakland Veterans Hospital in Pittsburgh, Pa. She also had been employed at City Hospital in Bellaire. She was a member of East Richland Friends Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Elmer Tolson.
Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Wayne (Barbara) Ickes of St. Clairsville; and two grandsons.
She was also preceded in death by four brothers, George, Harry, Orrick and Arthur Robinson.
Services will be held at the convenience of the family. No calling hours will be held.
Arrangement were handled by the Beck Funeral Home, 204 W. Main St.
