Biography
Charles Alfred Robinson was born on January 4, 1851 in Macidonia Camp, Pottawattamie, Iowa, United States, son of William Robinson (1817–1898) and Lovina Kezia Benson (1819–1855).[1]
In 1870, Charles (19) was living in Fayette, Sanpete with his children, William (53), Elizabeth (33), and William (2); his siblings, Benjamin (14), and John (14); and Hyrum Robbinsen (12), Edward Robbinsen (6), and Phillis Robbinsen (56). [1]
Charles (21) married Martha Ann Barney (16) (born in January, 1857 in Spanish Fork, Utah; daughter of Lewis Barney and Elizabeth (Beard) Barney) in 1873 in Monroe, Sevier, Utah. Their children were:

- Byron Edward Briscoe (1876–1957)
