She married Robert Thomson and they had six children:
- Eleanor "Ellen" Thomson - She married James Allison
- Sarah Tomson - b. Abt 1775, d. 1838. She married James Clokey
- Thomas Thomson
- Alexander Thomson - He married Rebecca Smith
- Robert Thomson
- Mary "Polly" Thomson - She married James McAllister
