Kiefertown Woman Dies.

Scottdale, July 27--Mrs. Sally Phillipin (editor's note: Flippen), colored, of Kiefertown, died last night at the Connellsville State Hospital, where she had been for treatment. The body was brought to the Murphy funeral home.
