Note N84Mrs. Mary Edna Davis 1909-1998 Mrs. Mary Edna Davis, age 88, of Louisville, formerly of Breckinridge County, died Tuesday, October 6, 1998, at Caritas Medical Center in Louisville. Born in Breckinridge County November 13, 1909, Mrs. Davis was a daughter of the late James Robinson and Clemmie Smiley. She was a homemaker, and attended the Shively Baptist Church. Survivors are her husband, James W. Davis; a son, James Richard Davis of Elk Grove, CA; four sisters, Winnie Boyer and Mildred Hemp, both of Louisville, Ruth Jolly of Hardinsburg, and Mona Breland of Indianapolis, IN. Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. EDT Saturday, October 10 at Arch L. Heady & Son Funeral Home, 3601 Taylor Blvd., Louisville. Burial will be in the Kingswood Cemetery. Visitation is Friday, October 9 from 4-8 p.m. EDT at the funeral home.
