Biography

Margaret was born about 1369 the daughter of Sir John Rocheford who died prior 1381

She had been granted in ward to Maurice FitzThomas FitzGerald 4th Earl of Kildare, by Richard II ^[1]

Margaret married c. 1381 then aged 14, ( est compertum quod praedicta Margareta est de actate quatuordecim annorum ) Gerald FitzMaurice Fitzgerald who suceeded in 1390 as 5th Earl Kildare ^[2]

Margaret died pre 1397 ^[1]

1. Thomas FitzGerald (dsp. predeceasing his father.)
2. Joan Fitzgerald (d. 1430)
