Biography

Mona Monica Roden was born about 1780 to Jeremiah Roden and Susannah Kirkland in Fairfield County, South Carolina.

She married Robert Tidwell, Jr. in 1790 in Fairfield County, South Carolina. Their children were:

  1. Cynthia Tidwell
  2. Simon (Simeon) Starnes Tidwell
  3. William Lueden Tidwell
  4. Mariah Tidwell
  5. Jeremiah Tidwell
  6. Vardeman 'Vardy' Tidwell
  7. Harrison Tidwell
  8. Richard Blake Tidwell

She died, at the age of 50, about 1830 in Pulaski, Tennessee. She is buried at the Tidwell Cemetery, Allgood, Blount County, Alabama. [1]
