William D.Roe, the son of Charles J. Rowe and Maria Bower,[1] was born 2 February 1848 in Indiana.[2]
William married Amy Miller on 19 October 1879 in Shelby County, Indiana.[3]
William died 27 November 1924 and is buried in Second Mount Pleasant Cemetery, Franklin, Johnson County, Indiana.[4]
