Roe-3130 and Roe-1459 appear to represent the same person because: Same name, same husband, same year of marriage. The differing birthdates make me wonder whether there were two daughters named Anne, with one dying young.

Neither profile has any sources. Sourcing is needed to help determine whether there was one Anne or two.
