CALHOUN TIMES, Nov 18, 1965 Miss Rosser Roe Dies on Sunday. Funeral services for Miss Rosser Roe, 89, were held Tuesday...from the Mt. Pleasant Methodist Church....burial was in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery. Miss Roe of the Red Bud community died in the Gordon County Hospital Sunday...following a short illness. She was born in Gordon County and spent her entire life here. She was a member of the Mt. Pleasant Methodist Church. She is survived by a sister, Mrs. Lucy Matthews of Marietta, a sister-in-law Mrs. John Roe of Calhoun, several nieces and nephews...
