Biography
Phoebe was born in 1856 daughter of John Rogers. She married Alvery Vernon in 1884 and they lived on a farm on Lot 4, Con. 7 in Scott Twp, Ontario County, Ontario, Canada. Phebe, Alvery and their three children are all buried in the John Rogers' family plot in Newmarket cemetery.
