Janet was born around 1685 in Ireland. Her maiden name may have been Dixon, however, there is no proof of that. She married William Rogers around 1707 in Ireland. [1]

William Rogers died between 25 Dec 1727 when he wrote his will and 8 Jul 1729 when it was proved.[2]
Janet then married Alexander Stewart at Voluntown in Nov 1732. She was his second wife. He died between Sep 1740 and Jul 1742.
Janet was still living as of 24 Jan 1748 when she conveyed all rights to the estate from her former husband to "my son William Rogers of Willington"
Jennet married Alexander Stewart on November 17, 1732 in Voluntown, Connecticut.
