William Frederick Rogers was born in January 1852 in St. Stephen, Charlotte, New Brunswick, Canada. He was the son of John Rogers and Anna McBeth.
In the 1861 census Fredrick (age 9) was the son of John Rogers in St. George, Charlotte, New Brunswick.[1]
