Eleazer married Ruhamah (Ammi) Willis, the only child of Richard and Patience (Bonum) Willis, before October 1698 (birth of first child).[2]
Ruhamah Willis, daughter of Richard Willis deceased, was named in a deed from her grandfather George Bonham dated February 1683 of six acres of meadow at Plymouth. His wife Sarah consented to the deed.[3]
Eleazer Rogers, yeoman of Plymouth, and Ruhamah his wife, sold the same lot of land on 28 January 1698/9. She was described in the deed as the daughter of Richard Willis. The deed was recorded 18 Jan 1699 (28 Jan 1700, n.s.), and included Ruhamah's mother, Patience Holmes' quitclaim to the premises. In the margin of the deed was written a confirmation of the deed by Eleazer & Ruhamah, dated 10 December 1739.[4] In a deed dated 24 April 1719, Eleazer Rogers of Plymouth, innholder, and his wife Ruhamah ("who was ye only Daughter & Heir of Richard Willis of Plymouth aforesd Deceased") sold 35 acres of land in Plymouth, land granted to Richard Willis by the proprietors of Plymouth.[5] In a deed dated 17 August 1725, Eleazer Rogers of Plymouth, "Seafayring man & Ruhamah my Wife" quitclaimed all right in a parcel or land in Plymouth sold to Richard Sears, now held by Samuel Marshall. The land had formerly belonged to "Our Hond Father Richard Willis of Plymouth deceasd."[6]
As shown by the acknowledgement of a deed, Eleazer and Ruhamah were both still living in Plymouth on December 10, 1739.[4]
Eleazer died after 10 December 1739, perhaps Plymouth. Where he was buried is unknown. No probate records exist for either Eleazer or Ruhamah.[7]

DNA Connections
It may be possible to confirm family relationships with Eleazer by comparing test results with other carriers of his Y-chromosome or his mother's mitochondrial DNA.
However, there are no known yDNA or mtDNA test-takers in his direct paternal or maternal line.
It is likely that these autosomal DNA test-takers will share some percentage of DNA with Eleazer:
Mayflower Families Through 5 Generations, Thomas Rogers, Vol. 19:21 has Eleazer's wife as Ruhama Willis, only child of Richard & Patience (Bonum) Willis of Plymouth, married bef. 1698. Children and text in the bio agree with MF5G. The same book says Elizabeth Twining married John Rogers who is also shown as her husband. What is the source for the spouse Elizabeth Twining? Shouldn't she be detached and a wife Ruhama Willis created? [Edited: Twining spouse has been removed]
