She passed away on the 13 November 1916 in Christchurch, Canterbury, New Zealand, age 34 [3]and was buried on the 15 November 1916 at the Linwood Cemetery, Linwood, Christchurch, Canterbury, New Zealand. Plot: Block 36. Plot: 261.[4]\
