He is the son of Alexander Ross and Catherine MacKinnon. [1][2]
Neil Ross from New London married Eliza Ramsay from Park Corner in 1866. [3]
He died Sept 23 1877 at age 57. He and Eliza didn't have any children.[4]

The reason Neil McKinnon was xed out of the will was because he became a Catholic. Whether you were a Catholic or protestant for doing this you were xed out of everything in a will by either religion.
