He was born on 22 Oct 1883 in Blakesburg, Wapello County, Iowa, USA and his parents were Melissa Alice (Millard, 1858–1957) and Jonathan Marshall Ross (1855–1914).
Charles Thurman Ross married about 1904 to Goldie Claudine Thompson (1887–1985).
He passed away on 20 Apr 1961 and was buried at Brooks Cemetery in Wapello County, Iowa, USA. [1]
