Biography
Decatur Ross was born on 8 August 1820 at 4 o' clock, in Cooper County, Missouri, the eleventh child born to William and Elizabeth (Ross) Ross, and twin to brother Perry Ross. He died on 1 January 1821 at 1 o'clock at night.
