Elizabeth Ross was born 20 Jan[1]1772 in Wayne Twp., Mifflin Co, PA, the daughter of James and Martha Watson Ross.
She married first to William McKinstry and eventually moved to Westmoreland PA[1]. After his death abt 1803, she married James Harl and moved to Jefferson Co in 1806 where she died.
She passed away in 1842 and buried in Perry Memorial Cemetery, Plot 205, Frostburg, Jefferson County, Pennsylvania[3]
