Biography
The baptism was 01-Dec-1861 in Kilrea. Parents John and Natty?, residents of Car Hill. Witnesses James Hassan and Jane Bradley. Rev Auteson.
The ROSS family set sail from Plymouth, England on 5 Nov 1863 aboard the ship, Sirocco, and into Port Jackson, New South Wales on 28 Jan 1864. The family consisted of parents John (age 33) and Martha (32) and their 4 sons, James (9), John (7), David (3) and Joseph (1).
