Obituary

Ardelle Beth (Rossum) Schultz of Edina, passed away November 8, 2014 at the age of 78 years. Preceded in death by her husband of 47 years, Robert Lee and parents Benny and Olga. Survived by son Kurt (Terri) and daughter Sara Muench (Brian); six grandchildren Garret, Matthew, Amanda, Meghan, Suzanne, Lindsey; great grandson John; brothers Dave (Betty), Roy (Beth) and Roger (Karen) Rossum and countless close friends and extended family.

Ardelle was born and raised in Pelican Rapids, attended the University of Minnesota in the field of medical technology, and married her high school sweetheart. She enjoyed spending summers at the cabin she and Bob built together in 1975 on Woman Lake. She was proud of her Norwegian heritage and loved family traditions and celebrations. Ardelle’s many talents and interests included knitting, sewing, baking, genealogy, playing bridge, traveling, but most of all she loved attending her grandchildren's music concerts and sporting events. Her boundless energy and generous spirit will be dearly missed. Visitation 10am prior to Funeral service 11am Thursday, November 13 at Mount Olivet Lutheran Church Church, 5025 Knox Ave. S Minneapolis. Interment 2pm Saturday, November 15 at Ringsaker Cemetery, State Hwy 108 at 173rd Ave. Pelican Rapids. Memorials can be given to Mount Olivet Lutheran Church or the American Heart Association. ^[1]
