Biography
Hepsibeth Leighton (Rowe) Tarr was born on 17 March 1769 in Gloucester, Essex, Massachusetts Bay. Her parents were Jabez Rowe (1740 - 1811) and Mary (Grover) Rowe (1737 - 1808).[1]
Hepsibeth Leighton died on 18 Nov 1841 in Gloucester aged 72.[3]
