Arthur M. Rowe was born in September 1869 to Augustus J Rowe and Amanda Delia Wheeler.^[1]

In the 1875 New York state census, he was included as the 7-year old son of Augustus and Amanda Rowe, living in Jefferson, Schoharie County, New York.^[2]

In the 1880 U.S. census, he was listed as the 11-year old son of Augustus and Amanda Rowe, still living in Jefferson, New York.^[3]

On 11 January 1893, Arthur M. Rowe married Carrie M. Hinman in Harpersfield, Delaware County, New York. ^[4]
