Ruth Rowe was born on September 3, 1722, in Hampton Falls, New Hampshire, the daughter of Robert Rowe and Mehitable Leavitt.^[1]

She was called Ruth Fellows by her father, Robert Rowe, in his will dated December 28, 1757.^[2]

She may have died on March 7, 1798, in Kensington, New Hampshire.^{[citation needed]}
