^[1]John was born in Falmouth, Massachusetts 25 May 1706. ^[2]NOTE: John Rowley b. Falmouth 25 May IS not a child of Nathan and Mercy (Hatch) Rowley. He is not included in the family group listing of the original records. NOTE: In his Rowley Gen (NYGBR 37:64-5) Brainard includes a second wife Mary and two additional children Matthew b. 1720 and Anah b. 1724. No evidence has been found to prove that this wife and children belong to this Nathan or his son Nathan (#124). AS this Nathan would have Iren 56 or 60 at the birth of the two children, it is thought that Nathan (#124), who would have been 20-24, is more likely the father.
