Moses, twin to Daniel, was born in 1752, son to Moses Rowley and Mary (possibly Fuller)[1] Rowley. He appeared on the 1790 U.S. census next door to his twin Daniel in Freehold, Albany, New York.[2] And again in 1800 he appeared next door to his twin Daniel in the U.S. census in Franklin, Delaware, New York[3].
