John Rowley was probably born in Falmouth ca 1690, son of Moses Rowley and Mary Unknown.[1] He married Deborah Fuller 11 Sep 1716 at East Haddam, Connecticut[1][2] and their children were:
Patience Rowley b. at East Haddam, 30 Aug. 1717;[1] bap. 23 Feb. 1717-18. m. Richard Skinner
Content Rowley b. at East Haddam, 26 March 1719;[1] bap. 3 May 1719, married at Colchester, 12 Nov. 1742,[1] with Isaac Kneeland.
Mindwell Rowley b. at East Haddam, 9 Oct. 1720;[1] bap. 16 Oct. 1720 m Samuel Adams.
Joseph Rowley b. at East Haddam, 15 May 1722;[1] bap. 20 May 1722 m. Susannah.
Sarah Rowley b. at Colchester, 6 Jan. 1723[1] m Ebenezer Kneeland.
Deborah Rowley b. at Colchester, 14 Dec. 1725[1] m Gideon Ackley.
John Rowley b. at Colchester, 17 July 1727[1] m Rebecca Hurd.
Seth Rowley b. at Colchester, 6 May 1730[1] d. 1751.
He married 2nd an unknown woman who was living in Colchester when John made his (undated) will.[1]
He died 23 Jan 1763/4 at Colchester, Connecticut.[1][3]
