Taylor Ruhl
Milton was the first in his family to attend and graduate from college. He was the only member of his family to earn a doctorate (O.D. - UC Berkeley). He practiced optometry in St. Helena, California for many years, taking a 4 1/2 year break to serve as a missionary optometrist in Mayaguez, Puerto Rico for the Seventh-day Adventist Church.
