Biography
Oliver was born in Pennsylvania and moved to Ohio in his early years. He resided near Westville for several years before his death. He was very well known i n this community. Around the 23rd of November 1919 he was struck by an automobile while walking home from the grocery store at night. Oliver suffered a skull fracture and was knocked unconscious. He was taken to the doctors house, but later died that evening.
