Biography

Charles was born in 1856. He was the son of Elizabeth and Job Russ. [1]

He married Leila Mills Davis in 1879 [2]

Charles brother James Albert married Leila's sister Sylvia, and his sister Emily married Leila's brother Albert

He passed away in 1901 age 45 [3] [4] and was buried at Waimea West Cemetery.[5]
