According to his World War I draft registration card, Howard was a farmer.[4] In the 1940 Census, his occupation is listed as owner of a hardware store. [5] His World War II draft registration card lists his occupation as "self employed".[6]
Death
Howard died 18 Jan 1959.[7] He is buried in Troy Cemetery, Troy Township, Geauga, Ohio.[8][9]
