Although their marriage has not currently been found, she married Harry J Haynes, a commercial traveler, between the time of the 1871 and 1881 censuses. In 1871 , still known as Harriett Russell, she was a barmaid at the Golden Lion Inn in Loose, Kent, and living on the premises. [2] By the time of the 1881 census, she was has married Harry [3] and she and her husband are living with her parents in Folkestone, Kent.
Her husband had died the time of the 1891 census, when Harriet was living with her sister Julia and her husband Henry Spray. [4]
She died 6 Feb 1922 and was buried at the Cheriton Road Cemetery in Folkestone, Kent. [5]
