Rosalie was born 7 August 1885 on Matecumbe Key, Monroe County, Florida.[1] She was the daughter of John Russell and Rosalie Sawyer.
She married first Clarence Raymond Knowles on 31 March 1903 in Key West in a ceremony performed by Rev. John Beers.[2]
She married second Raymond Sealy Russell on 22 March 1924 in Key West in a ceremony performed by Thomas J. Armsbery, Pastor of the First Congregational Church of Key West.[3] The witnesses were Mrs. R. O. Sawyer and Mrs. R. F. Sawyer.
Rosalie died in April 1968 in Islamorada, Monroe County.[4]
