DNA Connections
It may be possible to confirm family relationships with Elizabeth by comparing test results with other carriers of her mitochondrial DNA.
However, there are no known mtDNA test-takers in her direct maternal line.
It is likely that these autosomal DNA test-takers will share some percentage of DNA with Elizabeth:
The cited record for her birth identifies her mother as Elizabeth, not Ruth. While not named in William Russell's Will, is it a possibility that Elizabeth is this William's sister rather than his daughter? That could resolve the Suggestion for her father being too young.
