1794 (Dec) - Henry and approx 20 others in court, charged with ignoramous riot (unlawful assembly). Charges dropped. May be associated with Whiskey Rebellion. Court papers are at Westmoreland County courthouse.
1795 (Aug) - Henry ordered to pay $10 per month for his wife’s care. She was probably sick. Court papers are at Westmoreland County courthouse.
1796 (Feb) - Anna Marie Rust died, per her headstone in the Bash-Somers cemetery. It can still be read very clearly.
1798 - Henry buys land and immediately sells it to his son Mathias, because he (Henry) is moving
1800 - Henry is in Butler Co, living close to daughter Catherine Whitmire.

Henry Rust had at least one other daughter whose married name might have been Premire, or phonetically similar. They had a daughter, "Goredy" who was willed some items by Francis (his neice).
