Biography
Walter was born 19 March 1899 in Bowman, Marshall County, West VIrginia.[1] He was the son of Jehu Ryan and Sarah Jane Vandyne.
He died February 1974 in Tunkhannock, Wyoming County, Pennsylvania.[2] It is not known whether he married or had children.
