Research Notes
Original Import Details:
Anna Sackett Moore did not marry Gershom Moore in 1680. This profile originally said,
Anna first married John Gershom Moore. A marriage date of 1680 was found but that seems unlikely.[3] They had Margaret, Martha and Gershom. He was born 1685, he married Mercy Furman.
Unlikely? 1680 was before her purported birth. It did not happen. Also, there was no person named "John Gershom Moore". There was John Moore, and there was Gershom Moore. In the 1600s, less than 0.1% of people had middle names.

DNA Connections
It may be possible to confirm family relationships with Anne by comparing test results with other carriers of her mitochondrial DNA.
However, there are no known mtDNA test-takers in her direct maternal line.
It is likely that these autosomal DNA test-takers will share some percentage of DNA with Anne:
Was she also married to Gersham Moore as stated in profile Moore-5181, mother and father of Margaret Moore? Something seems to be amiss in the connections.

tag. In fact, if Anna truly had a son John in 1730, then the 1675 birth is clearly wrong and even the 1681 is highly unlikely. Her marriage was recorded in 1710 in the register book for the Parish of Jamaica, so birth closer to 1690 is a better fit both with the marriage date and with the last child born in 1730.
