Hannah Sage was born December 21, 1694 in Middletown, Middlesex, Connecticut to John Sage and Hannah Starr. She was baptized in Middletown, Connecticut.^{[1][2] [3]}

She married Samuel Wilcox March 3, 1714. Later she married Malachi Lewis.^{[4][5][6][7][8][9]}
