His will is dated July 27, 1801. He lived in Pawling, Dutchess County, NY. His wife he names as Jarusha. Daughters: Hannah, wife of Timothy Sabin deceased. Polly, wife of Elijah Sabin. Jarusha, wife of Squire Birdsall. Margaret, wife of John Akin 2nd. Elisabeth, wife of John Wilkerson. Martha, deceased. Sons: Charles. Beverly. Daniel, deceased. John. Grandsons: Ranson?, son of Daniel., not yet age 21. Granddaughters: Lydia, daughter of Martha, not yet age 18. Executors: John Hoag. Archibald Campbell of Pawlings. Witnesses: William Pearce. Henry Pearce. Benoni Pearce 2nd. Proved September 22, 1801. [1]
