Miss Margaret Salter passed away unexpectedly at St. Joseph Hospital, Mount Clemens, on Saturday afternoon, a day after her admittance to the hospital for treatment.
Miss Salter was born in Gratiot Township on January 20, forty years ago, the daughter of the late Frank and Caroline Ternes Salter.
Following the death of her father, she and her mother moved to Detroit, where she resided until her mother's death six years ago. She since made her home with her sister in Sterling Township.
She is survived by her sister, Mrs. Paul Malburg, four nieces and three nephews.
Services will be conducted from the sister's home at 6531 Canal Road, near Utica on Wednesday, February 28, 1945 at 9:30 and 10:00 o'clock at St. Lawrence Church.
Father R. J. DeKeyser officiating. Burial will take place in Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
